Chris Hall, a managing partner of TSG Consulting, LLC, has a strong understanding of the legislative process and the benefits of participating in the planning of policy. He has worked developing strategy, monitoring and advancing issues at both the legislature and governmental agencies. Through his work at the legislature, he has developed strong relationships with many key Senate and House of Delegate members and staff.

Serving as Executive Director of the West Virginia EMS Coalition, Chris has steadily increased membership and retention rates by 75%. Through consistent communications, events, publications and public relations, the West Virginia EMS Coalition has not only grown in numbers, but influence as well. Long established members and stable dues payments have enabled the coalition to pursue projects like never before.

Many different companies, political figures, non-profits and organizations seek the assistance of TSG Consulting because of the public relations expertise of Chris Hall. His ability to produce public events, write press releases and keep the spotlight focused on his client rather than himself have made him one of the best.

A graduate of West Virginia University, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism specializing in Public Relations with minors in Political Science and Business Administration.
